  Ashwagandha has been in use in Ayurveda since centuries. It is used widely in The East and now a days it has grown it’s popularity in the west because of it’s wonderful benefits. In Ayurvedic text this wonder herb is described as Rasayana, Rasayana are the group of herb that helps to promote longevity, vitality and happiness. this herb is available in powder, capsules, tablets and tincture form.
