  •          Triphala is a combination of three fruits.

This herb has been widely used in Ayurveda.

  •          It is Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a digestive tonic to promote digestive fire, increase appetite and aid in digestion (stomachic).
  •   Traditionally used in Ayurveda for the relief of ocassional constipation.
  •   Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an eye tonic.
  •   Traditionally used in Ayurveda as Rasayana (rejuvenate tonic).

Recommended Dose: 

Adults: one capsule two times a day.

Take 2 hours after or before taking other medications.
